+ Watch ATX
on My Watchlist
The Company manufactures and markets writing instruments under the Cross(r) brand consisting of ball-point pens, fountain pens, selectip rolling ball pens.
When I started to buy shares of A.T. Cross in December 2005/January 2006 it was very obvious to me, at least, that the shares, selling for less than the Company's $4.13 per share book value were a bargain. I have owned Cross shares before. I love their pens, especially their fountain pens, of which I have several. While the stock is no longer undervalued today at the current price of of ATX: 8.10 (TMF Quote System 12/24/2006), I will continue to Hold the shares of this High Quality Company in my IRA.Kahuna,CFA
The shares have been trading in the $1.68 to a little over $4 now. I have been adding to my IRA position of this high-quality, undervalued company under the four dollar per share level.Kahuna, CFA
