Too much debt. None of the proceeds from the IPO went onto the balance sheet. The divesting company kept this money along with over 60% of the shares. Which they will be selling as soon as the cool off period expires. Too much downward pressure in the short term. I know all you Fools like water stocks but I have a feeling this one is going down.
