With a P/E of 16.08 and a dividend yield of just over 10% I believe an economic slowdown is already priced into this stock. Would appear that the dividend is relatively "safe" with the recent increase. Using this pick to track for possible purchase. Down 5% today, would appear to be a good point of entry. (Famous last words.)

2-25-08- Decided to put my money where my mouth is after a 12% drop on Friday. Put in a buy at $20.00 this morning.

It is hard to say. I said fortunately I came to my senses and did not actally buy the stock. Normally this costs me money, but in this case it saved me. I was planning to dig into it more and then was distracted and it just kept falling.

I don't know, this one could be a good buy yet. I saw that they cut their dividend, but they came out and said it wasn't b/c they couldn't pay out a higher amount, but b/c they wanted to use the money to buy things out there on the cheap. Well, either we have a mendacious CEO on our hands, or a brilliant leader with financial acumen. I'm not quite ready to put real money into this one yet w/out further research... yet.

I am with you, I held off at the last minute and decided I did not know enough about the company. Hard to say, the numbers look good.
