Closed and re-opened to more accurately reflect my actual start price for a longer term hold.

A development stage copper mine, which is taking way too long to get up and running because of opposition by local environmental groups.

Have about half of what I want for a full position, so will watch for an opportunity to add more.

They have sollid companies committed to purchase output, when and if they ever get it up and running.

They have all of their funding in place, but have to go through the process to get all final permits.

I expect it will be a year or so before they finally get operational, but should be a good long term investment when they do.

JMO and worth exactly what I am charging for it.

Here is a link to a PR Newswire article on Yahoo Financial, stating that they have received their Air Quality Permit.

That leaves only the Water Permit, of the major permits then need to beging operation.

Anything can still happen, as some of those opposed to the mine are trying to get the area declared a protected habitat for the Jaguar (which is on the endangered species list), but the Parks and Wildlife people believe the one spotted was just passing through.

If they get the final permits, this could take off big.

I think it is worth at least a small position for those investors willing to take a chance for a big payoff.

JMO and worth exactly what I am charging for it.
