Lots of IF's here...but If the Democratic Republic of the Congo remains stable...and if the mining agreements, licenses etc. are left as they are...and If the company's leadership can manage better than they did at BRC diamond core...then Banro could easily see 10 dollars again. Here's hoping things work out!
