Bank of America is a horrible company, in an already struggling industry. They are currently trying to shore up profits by raising rates and moving due dates around on credit card customers with good credit in order to collect fees. They have poor customer service and they are not well managed. I do not see how this company can perform well with the sub standard job they have been doing thus far.
