Look at thier product line, they are now pushing their brokerage business, and starting to focus on higher balance clients, where they can get info more profits. Their "premier banking" line gives people a "relationship manager" that will handle some of your customer service needs, and try to get all of your business to them.
Also, they're leading the way on reducing fees for self-managed broker accounts, we'll see how long they keep this up.
They are now buying out "U.S. Trust" from Charles Schwab so BAC can now get more of the high-end clients. They can't focus on the daily checking/savings accounts due o the 10% Federal deposit cap.
