Low PE, excellent dividend, stock buyback, control of expenses, excellent management, and since 1989 it is becoming the Bank of America. I am a large shareholder in this stock and it has outperformed everything I have in my portfolio in the past 15 years. Since the market's 75 yr history is 10.4% I think it could match or slightly exceed this number going forward.
