I sold this yesterday after their earnings at about a 10% gain in 7 months.
I don't see that getting over the 10% deposits threshhold will help, because short term to do that - they'll have to buy somebody else (which will drive the stock price down)...

BAC isn't particularly "sexy," and the stock isn't poised to have wild upswings in price, but it's a solid financial institution with a nice dividend. I certainly think it'll beat the market over the next five years.
