The government is pumping more money in to BoA and is providing guarantees on a ton of its toxic asset...

I like BAC from the mid $14's because

A) it has normalized earnings power of $2-3 (probably closer to $3) per share
B) the CEO recently said that they thought credit problems had peaked in Q3 09
C) its not going to zero in a bankruptcy, made clea...
