BareEscentuals makes an amazing product, period. Their marketing team is amazing, the packaging and presentation of the product is solid, and the company has a great reputation with customer satisfaction as well as retention. The only weakness of BareEscentuals is that it will have to consistently stay ahead of itself in innovation. As many other companies begin to utilize the "mineral" make-up for cheaper prices, this may leave the company in the dust.
