The whole business plan seems flawed right now a company deep in debt who's primary business is brick and motor rentals is trying to reinvent itself by implementing a program that costing them money. Total Access is great if you live near a Blockbuster and are far away from a distribution center. How many of the "New" Total Access customers that where added where already existing Blockbuster customers? How is the company going to shift profits to the local stores as customers sign up for Total Access? What happens to Total Access being a better program then Netflix if local stores close as customer shift to total access?
