This commodities is kind of a "soup de jour" in today's market. It seems BHP Billiton has a little or a lot of something for everybody. Metals, Energy, Diamonds, and minerals. A good solid company, I think we're looking for steady growth here with few bumps. Yes, the Soup sounds real good right now!
I agree...but it is the biggest mining company in the world, and more importantly, the management is doing a great job. Unless the fundamentals change or the stock becomes overvalued, this a stock to hold for a long time.
