+ Watch BBRY
on My Watchlist
The company behind the BlackBerry, Research In Motion provides a range of wireless hardware, software, and services.
Clueless CEO setting arbitrary 2-3 year turnaround times... he's got months before this all implodes. Why is he sitting in Silicon Valley? is he shifting BB there? I just don't get this type of management... makes no sense at all.Blackberry's last hope is to go full Android and become a software company. But quite frankly that's pretty pointless now. The platform wars have been decided and Android / iOS are the winners. There is no room for a #3. If BB management had a brain they would have spanned BBM across all devices back in 2009... that would make it the king of instant messaging... just that would be worth $19B today.
This short thesis is in a world of pain.
