As assests under management shrink so do the fees BEN collects. This is a little bit of a leveraged method to bet on a lower market with little down side because I cannnot imagine anything sparking a market rally over the summer.

The only thing to watch out for is the historic election-year run up, but so far this year it seems a little unlikely...
