BIDU has gotten ahead of itself. It sells at a very rich premium at it's current price (over $150). Most investors are hoping it will be the next GOOGLE, but it will take a while for earnings to catch up with its current valuation.

BIDU is technically bumping up against resistance - strong recent price action following several analyst "buys", but looks overextended at $162 - 15 point pullback easily within sight over next quarter.

My gut told me to buy at $44.00..instead, I just sat and watched it go up-up! Yeah, I'm kicking my butt!! I just know "I want some of it"...but $111.00???? I'm struggling with that.

Once again, it's all about earnings. Not to mention debt-free balance sheet, less than 10% penetration in a 2 Billion person marketplace. Eating Googles lunch in China. Will get bought a much higher levels.
