After announcing they are not getting bought the market crushed the stock for the 30% take out premium. However, the company is a solid company with great products. The October guidance for strong growth ahead is still valid. This seems like an easy pick and I am re-entering here at a lower cost basis after locking in my 10 points.

Biotech as a sector is a good place to be in this economy anyway. I am happy to have a nice entry point here for a good company in a good industry for this market environment.
