Railroads overall are looking good in the face of higher oil prices as their tonnage/distance/fuel ratio can't be beat. Coal shipments out of the Platte region increasing, will keep UP and BNSF at capacity for years.

BNI is the best-run US rail with the same focus on velocity throughout the organization. Sector in the toilet now, but rails more secular than cyclical and as soon the inst investors realiza this BNI will be off to the races.

At present this stock is overpriced. The freight market has soffened but the market has yet to acknoledge this. While I still feel long term this is a good company the valuaton of the company is too high at this time.
