Ok, this one is on the "cher" side, meaning expensive, but its got a nice yeild, can you find less expensive energy companies-- yes --- but I like the position this one is in---
Its a trust that has an overriding royalty interest of approximately 16% of the first 90,000 barrels (daily) of the business unit's drilling. That's not a bad deal.
