They are keeping production low there is way more oil than most people know about. also there is a massive amout of money being spent on exloration.

This is a great "OIL" buy and a great price.
The stock has a solid earnings sheet,
and an awesome dividend of over 10 percent,
You will also be getting a 10% yield on your investment,
