Oil is rising. This solid REIT can only rise with it. And, as if more incentive for investors to get on board were necessary-- this stock has a phenominal yield!

This is a great distribution paying trust. The reserves of this trust should last somewhere around 20+ years. I think a acceptable buy in price is below 95.

This is a great "OIL" buy and a great price.
The stock has a solid earnings sheet,
and an awesome dividend of over 10 percent,
You will also be getting a 10% yield on your investment,
how can you beat that?
