Chips are looking to be at the low in their multiyear cycle. BRCM is undervalued now relative to QCOM and just beat them in a major patent case. BRCM is getting as well diversified as TXN, yet TXN ran up. Scandals that brought them down are behind yet their stock never recovered much. Then their is the potential upside of the iPhone and HDTV helping them.
