After the stock backdating scandal, Broadcom has been steadily climbing back up. Their chips are also in many new phones coming out for this holiday season so expect good results for the quarter.

Broadcom has been beaten down because they spent too much on research and development. This spending will pay strong dividends in the long run as broadcom keeps itself innovative. Stock price will rebound in the near future.
