There is a tender offer for this stock of approximately 94 dollars a share right now. The offer is for 20,826,442 shares of preferred stock offer is approximately R$30.47 per preferred stock ads=5 preferred stocks so this is a over the market price by about 20%. This is a very interesting situation to say the least.
