Unless Broadsoft is planning on trouncing estimates next quarter by roughly 200%, then this is significantly overvalued. 18 times book value, 7 times sales and up a staggering 200+% in less than a few weeks. I really don't see any differentiating factor that makes BSFT better than say Polycom in the VOIP space but hey, the market is fickle right.
