I'm going to venture a guess here that I know why this coming is called the "Brown Shoe" because their balance sheet is full of crap! BWS definitely stepped in something because in the past 7 weeks we've seen revenue estimates fall, another quarterly loss come across with lowered EPS projections, a credit downgrade to B- and inventory levels rising. The stock has responded to this "glorious" news with a 60% jump in price and I'll respond with a short...this is just goofy.
