Blackstone is looking awfully cheap. This firm absolutely mints money. Private equity will be around and extremely profitable for a long time. Sooner or later the "credit crisis" will work itself out and investors will realize that even if Congress eliminates the tax loophole for private equity Blackstone will still be a terrific firm.
