Buying companies during an era of cheap money, repackaging them, and selling them to stupid short-term investors is a great way to get rich. However, if you're one of the stupid short-term investors, it isn't. This one's going down. I don't know when. Just read Lowenstein's "Rise and Fall of LTCM". It smells similar.
