The dividend yield right now is hefty, the net profit margins are hefty, too, and the company is huge and growing. Its P/E is below average, suggesting that the firm is likely undervalued.

It is the largest company in the world. I think the federal governemnt is going to reward Citi for taking leadership in helping setup a fund for the credit crunch. All the bad news is figured in at this point.

I still think Citibank is overvalued, it's simply too unwieldy and massive. The mortgage market isn't going away and what paulson said isn't going to help their stocks, especially with increased demand from china for materials needed.
