LARGE MALL WILL BE TRYING TO KEEP V ENDERS TO KEEP TRAFFIC IN MALLS EVEN THOUGH LOWER LEASE RATES MARGINS WILL STILL BE THERE ESPEICALLY IN OLDER MALLS
