CBR has no differentiation from the its competitors. It does not have the scale of IBM, the cache of Perot Systems, or the international reach of Capgemini. Its home-grown CEO is an unknown quantity outside of CBR; under his leadership, CBR has followed, not led, the marketplace. Barring another Y2K-style event that drives revenue, CBR will be floated by the market.
