Every time I call a CC store the phone rings many times before I get an answer. When I'm transferred to a particular dept. it rings many times again before a rather unenthusiastic employee answers. This happens EVERY time I call, no matter which store location or what time of the day or what time of the year it happens to be. This has been going on for the last three years or so. When I go to the store within an hour or so after calling, the store is virtually empty! How can a store with few to no customers have such poor phone answering abilities? This is only the start of CC's marketing problems as I see it. With such a lax attitude towards initial customer inquiries it is no wonder they are in trouble. I was all set to make a major flatscreen TV purchase yesterday (Aug.25), but now I am taking my $4,000.00 to a BB store. I feel that they will at least be around long enough to honor my Mfg. and extended warranty.
Hello kevincstms,On your second last line of CC pitch, you stated"I am taking my $4000.00(supposedly USD) to a BB store." So I typed BB in the Motley Fool Caps search caps box and I've got, "Bbva Banco Bhif (BB)".From Valunvesthere.
