The plunge had nothing to do with fundamentals. And as of today's date, based only on assumptions. But assuming the deal doesn't indeed close, it's because of a credit agreement dispute.

Fundamentals should remain the same, meaning CCU still pays out dividends. With the price declining, the yield will rise, and thus, I anticipate there to be a floor soon, when the yield is above 4%.
