in the recent credit agreenment it had, really make this stock goes down hard. But once the settlement set, this company should get back on its feet.

the future of car audio entertainment may not belong to xm or sirius, but i sincerely doubt it belongs to ccu. ccu seems to be something of a relic; both its broadcasting and advertising methods seem on their way out.

Sometimes it pays to follow the smart money... looking at the 13Fs, I see Highfields Capital and Abrams Capital are extremely large holders. I'd bet on them vs. the street. Even if wrong, downside shouldn't be huge
