Why does this stock continue to underperform? I believe that this company and stock is due for a large increase in production and share gain respectively, but what is holding it back?

Short sellers are bad-mouthing this stock. The price should be much higher.

Meaning what exactly? I bought this stock in RL for $3.26. The company should be having a serius upturn in the near future. Buy and hold.
