CEA is financed nearly entirely with debt. Revenue is dropping, earnings are dropping, and operating cash flow is dropping. They will not be able to pay their bills for much longer and they are WAY overvalued.

merged w/ singapore airline, the most profitable airline in asia. going international already. income staement is a mess because of heavy borrowing. future is high and bright.

China Eastern is a great growth play, with oil prices coming down and air travel up in China for 2008 Olympics I see good things in their future!
