Checklist time:
[X] High dividend

[X] Located in tech-savvy Israel, a country overlooked by many investors due to neighboring instability and little media attention.
[X] Has the iPhone.
Only concerns here are with the high taxes Israel charges on dividends, but for US investors those can be deducted from your own income tax filing. Considering this for my real portfolio if it drops further.
nice analysis, but please be advised that the dividend isn't sustainable.
the entire Israeli telecom industry is currently going through a serious earthquake, caused by new government regulations and increasing competition (2 new companies will join on march 2012).
Just for comparison, PTNR recently cancelled its high dividend payout, might be an indicator for a sector failure.
