Revlimid and Vidaza are both gaining market share. The latter, a bone marrow cancer drug, got a great boost by the failing results of rival dacogen from SuperGen. Vidaza is projected to gain about 2/3 of the market. Previously it had just 50%.

This is a long-term money-maker. Has been a steady diet of value for a while. In the past week+ it has been increasing rapidly in value which tells me there could be a secret plan of a merger/takeover in the works.

CELG has gained in revenue in the past year. Its primary drug is under competetive pressure but it has more products in developmnet AND - the 2006 revenue bump and stock price increase will fuel probable acquisitions to carry the trend forward.

Holds, among other things, Revlimid, a thalidomide relative, that's being used to treat multiple myeloma. Early signs positive NOT for a cure, but for extending life, and for this cancer, that's a lot.
