I don't think CFC is done paying for their evil ways. Their predatory lending practices contributed to the current crisis in the real estate market. And yet, they fail to learn from their mistakes. Just last week, NPR did a report on an attempt by CFC sales rep to high pressure sale a customer including coaching her to lie about her income to lock in a good interest rate.
