If they don't get bought out, they will do great in the long run as natural gas probably is the future for American energy. However, the next few years they are going to struggle. They may not have the management or expertise required to shift their strategy of having an ungodly amount of active rigs drilling natural gas to the strategies needed to produce unconventional oil successfully. Who knows though? I can only guess.
