Management has done a great job of obtaining properties that will generate substantial future cash flow at a relatively low cost (lot of debt at relatively low interest rates). Natural gas will continue to gain share within the energy spectrum and CHK is well positioned to fulfill this demand, and management has shown an ability to hedge its bets by selling future production at favorable rates.
