From the prespective of value investor, this is undervalued. I valued it useing an estimate for the gas price one year from now with the proven extractable reserves that will be remaining next year. This is accurate because it was measurted by a third party. Discopunted cash flow are inaccurate for measureing value of gas sdrillers, but accurrate for refiners.
