Debt from purchases and acquisitions. Their hedge position has them in the driver seat. While gas prices are on the decline they are going strong as others are cutting back. Spitting out app 25 wells a month and are looking at 35 by year end in the Barnett Shale alone. Will reduce a lot of debt. Insider purchases send a flag that suggests they know something we don't. Undervalued? Look for split? What do they know we don't?

The company has a history of under estimating their earnings and then outperforming. The street is looking for .78 for the fourth qtr. I was very positive that the stock would go to 32 by mid Feb. given the recent drop in temperature before earnings were anounced. I got scared when the verdict for $404 million went against them. I thought it would take a couple of days to shake out the impact that this would have on their earnings. I lost confidence in the 32 dollar mark as a result. I agree that the insider trading looks positive but, some was from options that were excercised. Also, they were less hedged going into the 4th qtr and January. I love the company but, it has not been the flavor of the month for a while. What to do? What to do? What to do?
