I worked on the boradband provisioning system in 2001 at Chtr. The present system is an outgrowth of those policies. The stock went up back then when the revenue from broadband increased. I think that was nothing compared to what we are seeing now. VOIP/broadband/cableTV beats sattelite tv all the time. This is an unstoppable train now.
