They have huge debt that can be refinanced at lower rates. Their core businesses tv, phone & internet are still ramping and they are poised to take business from the DBS vendors because people will become increasingly frustrated with the difficulty in setting up DBS HDTV. More and more customers will turn to Cable. CHTR has long been neglected but their time has come to blossom.
