Charter Communications (NASDAQ:CHTR)

This company seems to me very overvalued. It's price/book is sky high and has been increasing. It's forward P/E is very high as well. It has massive debt/share and is currently losing money. On top of that wired phone is nearly dead and the monopoly on TV service delivery will die to internet based services. That leaves them with high speed internet, but there's mounting pressure on that too from nonwired sources.
