I worked on the boradband provisioning system in 2001 at Chtr. The present system is an outgrowth of those policies. The stock went up back then when the revenue from broadband increased. I think that was nothing compared to what we are seeing now...

I have used Charter cable and internet service for about 2 years now and all I can say is that their service is great. They fix problems very quickly and their customer service is excellent. If they can manage their numbers as well as they do service...
