They jumped in a little to early. Proof positive even the experts arent really that smart. They blew their load in Dec 2007.
Even big stock buyers buy in little waves. I have been trying to help a customer of mine buy distressed properties in bulk.

One month ago, the banks were stating arrogantly " we arent bulk unloading of properties and dont plan to"

One week ago " So, you still have that client?"
