Long-term underperform. Lackluster mgmt. Price in the mid-range with P/E/ a bit high. It may have some room to go up, but long-term won't outperform the S&P500.

This is one aspect that I think many miss in this game. We're not just picking good stocks. We're picking ones that will beat the S&P 500. So it doesn't matter as much if the company is paying a good dividend, or is a "solid performer". The bottom line for this game is "Will it outperform?"
