3/4ths of outstanding shares come on the market in Nov. Fixed price LNG contracts are losing money and as LNG prices rise these contracts will lose more. In 2010 the volume of these contracts drop signicantly in the meantime they will be expensive. IPO will fund LNG plant in CA but will not earn money any time soon.

Clean Energy's margin on each gallon equivalent of CNG is $0.47. Even if natural gas prices rise I think they will be able to maintian $0.47 within a few pennies. Even then their fuel price contracts to customers are only 2 years long.

On 3/24 I closed my red tumb at with a 7 point loss and ate the accuracy. I immediately reopened it at $12.04 with a green thumb and expect to stay long for a long time. There was no price drop related to outstanding shares, and they seem to be surviving the contracts easily as the price for LNG stays down.

In an interview on CNN this morning, Boone Pickens was speaking about his companys (MESA) purchase of 2bil in wind power turbines from GE. He suggested that part of his reasoning was to free up Nat. gas supplies for transportation needs, which would lower CLNE costs. I wonder if that means they will miss earnings tomorrow? I hope so as I do not own this in real life.
